Hi Maria,

I wanted to take the time to let you know how much I appreciated the two teams that worked with us on this move. My sister and I were moving our parents from CA to MN and our parents were very apprehensive about the total move. This was the first time a moving company had move them so they were not sure what to expect.

First of all, the packing team that came on Tuesday, May 17th was just wonderful. They were very respectful of our parents and assured them they would make sure things went as smoothly as possible. They worked quickly, smoothly and still took time to answer questions from our parents to reassure them that everything was going along as it should be. They had patience with our parents and all the questions they asked of them. I cannot tell you the anxiety they relieved for our elderly parents.

On Wednesday, the movers showed up and they were just an extension of the packers from the previous day. They demonstrated the same kind, caring, patience and concern for our parents. I don't know that I could have had any better crews for this move. I cannot thank you enough for both of the crews and how just their attitudes help so much.

Please let both of the crews that handled this move that we can never thank them enough for all they did.
